Refund & Returns Policy

What this policy applies to?

This policy applies to products purchased from Thriving Habits. If you are looking for a refund for a service, please see our Terms and Conditions for relevant information.

Some products sold by Thriving Habits are sold on behalf of businesses and refunds or returns reqiore contacting them directly. If you are unsure who to ocntact about a refund or return, please contact us in the first instance at contact@thrivinghabits.com.au.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Laws (ACL)

Under the ACL, consumers are entitled to a remedy if goods are:

 

  • Faulty or damaged 

  • Not fit for their disclosed purpose (if you told us that purpose) 

  • Not as described or not matching any sample or demonstration model

 

These rights cannot be excluded or limited by any store policy.

What we offer

For products produced and sold by Thriving Habits, such as the 12 week nutrition and habit journal, 

arrives damaged or defective, or fails to meet the statutory guarantees above, we will, at our option:

 

  • Repair the journal

  • Replace it with an identical item

  • Provide a full refund

How to lodge a claim

  • Time frame: 

    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • What we need:

    • Your order number or proof of purchase

    • A photo or video clearly showing the damage or defect

  • Process:

    • Email contact@thrivinghabits.com.au with the above details.

    • We’ll assess and respond within 2 business days with instructions.

    • Return postage for the item may be at your own expense.

Exclusions

We do not accept returns for:

 

  • “Change of mind”

  • Wear and tear from normal usage

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

  • Products that have been written in, defaced, or otherwise altered
