Our story
Our approach
Thriving Habits was born from lived experience, science, and a desire for creating lasting change.
As a busy mum and a business leader, together we’ve navigated the pressures of diet culture, stress, and unsustainable health advice firsthand. With backgrounds in nutrition, neuroscience, and behaviour change, we’re here to help you ditch the guilt, trust your body, and build habits that actually work - for life.
Health isn’t about rules or willpower, it’s about balance, self-trust, and habits that fit into real life. Our approach is built on intuitive eating, mindful choices, and a deep understanding of how behaviour and neuroscience shape the way we eat. Food should be enjoyed, not feared, and we’re here to help you find freedom, confidence, and long-term well-being on your own terms.
We offer personalised nutrition coaching designed to help you create a healthier, more sustainable relationship with food. Whether you’re a parent trying to navigate family meals, someone looking to break free from food rules, or just wanting to feel better in your body, our non-diet, evidence-based approach will help you build habits that last - without restriction or overwhelm.
We offer appointments for:
Individuals looking for 1-1 support
Small groups looking for a shared journey
NDIS clients looking to build their self-care capacity
